Meet Luigi – a born-and-raised Italian with a passion for business, technology, and making a tangible impact in the world.
After completing his studies in Business Administration & Management near Milan, Luigi embarked on an international journey that took him to Paris, the world of startups, and a second Master’s degree.
Driven by a love for adventure and challenge, Luigi joined Philips Hue in the Netherlands, where he held multiple roles, including Training Manager, Head of Retail & Marketplaces, Product Manager, and Brand Manager.
In over 8 years in the connected lighting industry, he led a team of 15, won numerous awards, and continued to live by his mantra: “making the world a better place by making tangible things.”
In 2024, he decided to move to Philips as Global Senior Consumer Marketing Manager focusing on the All-in-One (Multigroom) and Hair Clippers categories, driven by the belief that everyone deserves to feel confident with their own body.
Today, Luigi is at Amazon, shaping the future of access control with Ring Intercom and enhancing business security solutions with Ring Business.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Luigi is a gifted public speaker, sharing his experiences and insights on stage, inspiring others to innovate and grow.
When he’s not working, Luigi is exploring new destinations or shooting hoops on the basketball court.
He has also coached basketball teams and worked as a basketball web and TV journalist, combining his passion for sports with storytelling.
